Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all sales concluded on the website noreve.fr between Norève, located at 5 Côte d'Evecquemont, and any consumer.

1. Products

The products offered for sale are portable fans and related accessories. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its respective product page. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

2. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Norève reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. A confirmation email summarizing your order details will be sent to you. Norève reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or any other payment method offered during checkout. Payments are secure. Banking information is not stored by Norève.

5. Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Full details are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Legal Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

8. Liability

Norève shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.

9. Mediation and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use conventional mediation or any alternative dispute resolution method. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at:

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the district of Norève’s registered office.
